I started a new book series.  I really like it.  The first book is named Silverwing.  The book I am reading now is called Sunwing.  Sunwing is the second book in the series I am reading really fast and am zooming through the book. I almost half way and I got the book two days ago.  I am really glad there is a series I like and can pass the time with while I wait for the Hereos of Olympus series next book.

I am going to play a tennis match today.  I want to play with my dads racket because my coach says I need an adult racket.  I want to bring my dads and my racket so that if I still need time to get used to an adult racket and am not playing good I can switch.  The matches are against our own team today so it is okay if I just try a new racket.  I am excited to go.  I might also be late because my mom might be late coming home from the doctors office.  I am so excited.

I played really good in tennis camp.  I got two prizes because I won two games.  I got a puzzle for my sister and dominoes for me.  I really like tennis.  My favorite sports are soccer, doge ball and tennis.  My coach says that I need an adult racket because I am really fast, have really good control over the ball, and an adult racket will just be the weapon.  So I am going to talk to my dad about that.

I am reading a new book about bats.  It is a fiction story.  But the things they say about bats and other animals are true.  Even though it is a fiction novel I still learned that owls have such good hearing they can pin point exactly where their prey is.  Tiger moths can jam a bats echolocation with its own type of clicking.  They also have extremely evasive maneuvers to avoid bats.  I am 21 pages into the book but so far I like it.

I went on a float trip with my grandma and the rest of my family.  It was a lot of fun.  The water was super clear.  This was on my vacation in Mexico.  There were gigantic blue crabs that had the strength to break your finger.  Two of them nearly got me.  They jumped up to pinch you so you had to move your arms and legs so they would not get a clear shot.  We got to the float trip area in a boat and  I was in the very front.  I could see every thing from up there.  We also got to see manatees and crocodiles.  It was a lot of fun.

I got tadpole-shrimp (Latin name Triops).  They are really cool, my triops eggs will hatch really soon.  They are crustatciens.  They are really cool creatures.  They are prehistoric.  The earliest fossil is from 200 million years ago.  They look like horse shoe crabs except an inch long and less spiky.  You will either get one big one or a few that are the same size because the eventually fight and only the strongest and the biggest survive you know.  That's how it works in nature.  There are no under dogs in the wild.  It's either eat, or be eaten.

I have had a lot of fun playing games on my iPad, going to blu lake fine arts camp and playing my french horn.  I have also been giving my bearded dragon run around in shallow water in a bath tube we never use. I also have been reading king Arthur which I am loving right now.  I would show you some pictures of my bearded dragon because he has grown a ton (not literally).  I didn't notice how much he grew until I found pictures of him on my phone.  I have also been going to tennis camp which is also a lot of fun.  I like the game tennis a lot but it will never beat soccer.  I am really annoyed that Spain got out that quick because we went from the champions to out first.
